Transparent Iron Oxide Pigments Dispersion--Solvent Based
The key of the transparent iron oxide pigments usage is to disperse them into mediums adequately. Since the transparent iron oxide pigments are very difficult to be dispersed, Our transparent iron oxide dispersion for customers to use them conveniently. We have two types of solvent based dispersion. T-type is made of ketone resin. It is suitable for different resins expect long oil alkyd resin, such as NC, AC, PU, etc. L–type is suitable for oil and long oil alkyd resin. W-type is water based dispersion. We also have TH-type dispersion which is 50% pigments content T-type dispersion as some customers need high tinting strength dispersion.
We used carbon black to produce the black dispersion to support customers’ usage. We also can produce other colors’ dispersion according to customers’ requirements.

Water-based Transparent Pigments Dispersion--Water Based
Water-based transparent pigments dispersion have four standard colors, which are yellow 102WB, Red 202WB, 301WB, and Brown 401WB. All grades were made by transparent iron oxide pigment powder, except black TC301WB that was made by carbon black. Its media is water and non-VOC. These products have high pigment content, bright color, high transparency and good stability in storage. Because of the control of the heavy metal content, these pigments are safe to human being and environment. Also the chemical structure of transparent iron oxide pigment make these produces are good color fastness.
Water-based transparent pigment dispersion have good miscibility with acrylic emulsion and water-borne polyurethane resin. It can be used after simply stirring. Water-based transparent pigment dispersion is designed for using in water based woodenware lacquer, external and internal emulsion paint, water-based ink, water-based hide finishes, etc.
All water-based transparent pigment dispersion are manufactured under strict QC and environmental controls for reliable and consistent quality from lot-to-lot.
Standard packages of 102WB, 202WB, 401WB is 25kgs per open head plastic drums, 301WB is 20kgs per drum.
